STREET-FIGHTER for Evolution and Twin Cam Big Twins
For all street performance applications. Specially configured to increase midrange torque as well as top end horsepower. All new oversize one-piece stainless 1.900" intake and 1.625" exhaust valves, larger 1.750” intake port, recontoured valve seats, blended bowls and guide bosses, larger, reversion-dam exhaust port for Twin Cams, milled to increase compression (up to 0.050” no extra charge) and unshrouded combustion chambers. Viton seals for improved oil control. Accomodates 0.500 lift “drop-in” cams. (Optional high-lift springs and retainers available.) Substantial improvement in all-around performance. STREET-FIGHTER heads represent the best “bang for the buck” in Harley cylinder head technology. Approx. 22% improved flow over stock.

For big-inch (100+) motors. Similar to STREET-FIGHTER heads above, but featuring 2.000" intake valve and huge 1.800” diameter intake port. Includes Andrews high-lift valve springs and retainers for 0.600 lift. (Higher lifts available.) Viton seals for improved oil control. STREET-ELIMINATOR heads feature the same valve and port sizes as S&S heads. For best performance, use of S&S intake manifold or equivalent is recommended. Adjustable pushrods required. Approx. 28% improved flow over stock.

TORK-FLO for Evolution and Twin Cam Big Twins
Primarily intended for Evolution touring models, these heads dramatically improve “passing power” and midrange torque, without any sacrifice in low speed performance or fuel economy. TORK-FLO heads feature the latest in computer-developed, high-velocity port technology. These heads utilize stock port and valve dimensions with carefully recontoured valve seats, blended valve bowls and guide bosses, and unshrouded combustion chambers. Heads are milled up to 0.050" to increase compression upon request at no additional charge. Viton seals for improved oil control. Suitable for 0.500 lift “drop-in” cams. Approx. 12% improvedflow over stock.

883-1200 Conversions for Evolution Sportsters
Turn your mild-mannered 883 Sporty into roaring 1200. Your stock 883 cylinder barrels are bored out for 1200 pistons. (Wisecos are recommended.) 1200-size one-piece stainless valves are installed in your heads, along with all the STREET-FIGHTER technology for substantially increased midrange torque and top end horsepower. Valves are one-piece stainless, intake port is enlarged, recontoured valve seats, blended bowls and guide bosses. Viton seals for improved oil control. Significantly more power than a stock 1200.
